Standard Shipping
Timeline: We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Most orders in Karachi arrive within 1–2 business days, while other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad) typically take 2–4 business days.
Tracking: Once your “Identity” has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to monitor its journey.
Handling: Every bottle is secured in climate-controlled packaging to ensure the premium oils remain stable during transit in high temperatures.
Return Guidelines
Integrity First: Due to the nature of high-concentration fragrance oils, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original vacuum-sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
The Tester Rule: We highly recommend our Discovery Set before committing to a full 100ml bottle. This allows you to test the 14+ hour longevity risk-free before opening a full-sized product.
