• Damaged Goods: If your bottle arrives leaked or damaged during transit, we provide an immediate replacement or full refund. Please contact us with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receipt.

• Incorrect Order: If the “Identity” delivered does not match your order confirmation, we will rectify the error at no additional cost to you.

Performance Guarantee

• The 14+ Hour Benchmark: We take our technical promises seriously. If you feel your fragrance is not meeting our stated longevity standards, please reach out for a Consultation. We will help verify the application method or offer a replacement if a batch is found to be below our chemical standards.

Non-Refundable Items

• Used or sprayed bottles cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety regulations.

• Discovery Sets are final sale as they are designed specifically for testing purposes.
